Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Local Pickup and Houston Delivery
We offer local delivery within the Houston area.
If you are located in or near Houston, you may see a local delivery option at checkout. After placing your order, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery time that works best for you.
Local pickup may also be available depending on the item.
Inventory Notice
Because we source items from pallet inventory and cleanouts, many of our products are limited in quantity.
Once an item is sold, it may not be restocked.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
